Acceptance
By using Maindoor you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
License to use
Maindoor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for evaluating real estate decisions. You may not scrape listings, resell access, or use the service to build a competing product.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when using the comparison tool. You agree not to submit content that infringes intellectual property or violates law.
No warranties
Maindoor is provided as is. Scores, estimates, and recommendations are informational only and do not constitute legal, financial, or real estate advice. You are responsible for verifying everything before making a decision.
Featured agents
Maindoor may feature select licensed real estate professionals on certain pages. Featuring is by invitation and curation, not paid self-serve advertising. Featured agents are independent licensed professionals and not employees or agents of Maindoor. Maindoor makes no warranties about the services provided by featured agents.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maindoor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (currently zero, since the product is free during beta).
